Our activities take place in a variety of natural settings, including a river, a beach, and a botanical garden, as well as in stunning man-made sanctuaries:

Villa del Palmar Flamingos Resort – A beachfront resort offering breathtaking ocean views, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Terra Noble Retreat Center – A peaceful sanctuary nestled in the hills of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Surrounded by lush greenery and ocean views, Terra Noble blends natural elements with artistic design to create a tranquil space for reflection, connection, and personal growth. Its sacred energy and awe-inspiring vistas foster transformation and meaningful connections.

April 9 - Evening:

  • Welcome Dinner at the Italian Restaurant
     

April 10 - Day 1: Retreat Opening

  • 9:00 AM: Welcome and Opening at Breakfast on the Beach

  • 11:00 AM: Self-determined time with options for excursions and self-facilitated activities

  • Self-Facilitated Lunch: Provided, on your own or in a group

  • Self-Facilitated Dinner: Provided, on your own or in a group
     

April 11 - Day 2

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Breakfast on-site

  • 9:00 AM: Workshop Part 1 at Vallarta Botanical Garden

    • Start in conversation

    • Enjoy the grounds

    • Collective walk to the river

    • Refreshments and lunch

  • Lunch: At the Botanical Gardens

  • Workshop Part 2 at Terra Noble

    • Sound Healing

Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations. Our top recommendation is Villa del Palmar Flamingos Resort, where we have reserved multiple rooms for our participants. By staying in these reserved rooms, you can take advantage of discounted rates.
Two options are available:

  2. Private Room –
    Enjoy a private room for

Kim Waldon is a dedicated nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience in community programs and team management. As Executive Director of the Mount Vernon Family YMCA since 2010, she leads a team of over 40 staff and oversees a $3 million budget, with programs like the $250k SRO Resident Program and the Warm Center for the unhoused.

Before this, Kim was the Senior Youth & Family Director at the West Side YMCA in NYC, managing a $5 million budget and running youth programs, summer camps, and afterschool initiatives funded by a $300k city contract. Kim is passionate about making a positive impact and helping others thrive.
